How Do I Place An Order?
     Orders are placed on our website. If your have problems, please contact us.
 
How Do I Tell If My Order Was Placed Successfully?
     You will receive an order confirmation via email after your order is received.
 
What Type Of Payments Do You Accept?
    American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Money Orders, and Cashiers Checks.
 
Do You Deliver To PO Boxes?
No. Our orders require a valid street address for shipment.
 
Can I Add To An Exitsting Order?
     No. We ship orders out immediately. You will need to place an additional order for items wanted after an order has already been submitted.
 
How Do I Cancel An Order?
     Every minute counts once an order has been submitted. We strive for customer satisfaction so our orders are placed as quickly as possible. Please contact our customer service immediately to see if your order has been packaged or shipped. If your order has already been sent UPS we can not cancell your order and you will be responisble for returning the items withing the return time period. You will be responsible for shipping cost and other fees that may apply. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How Long Will It Take For Orders To Be Shipped?
     We try to process orders immediately. All orders are shipped within 2 days of placing an order. Delivery times vary according to UPS. UPS can take anywhere from 1 day for local orders or up to 7-14 days depending on delivery location.
 
Will I Receive Shipment Confirmation?
     You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped. It will have a tracking number that will allow you to track your order via UPS.
 
How Do I make A Return?
     Your packing slip will have instructions for returning items. If you do not receive a packing slip, please call our Customer Service.
 
Will I Be Charged Shipping For Returns or Exchanges?
     You will be responsible for shipping charges on all returns. Original Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.
 
What If I Receive A Damaged Item?
     If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Service for replacement or refund. All orders are shipped with insurance at no extra charge to the customer.
 
What If An Item Is Missing From My Order?
      Our orders are doubled checked to insure customers are receiving all items ordered in a resonable time. If you do receive your shipment and an item is missing, please contact Customer Service and the missing item will be shipped promptly to you.
